About Veristone Homes

Veristone Homes is the construction arm of Veristone Capital and Fund, building exclusively for Veristone-owned and affiliated entities. Rather than operating as a fee builder for third-party clients, we execute the projects the Fund and its subsidiaries need completed — giving us direct control over cost, schedule and quality at every stage.

That vertical integration is the point. Because our only client is the Veristone platform itself, our interests are fully aligned with those of the Fund and its investors: every decision we make on site is measured against the returns of the asset we're building. We deliver through quality work, collaborative leadership and active listening across our development, investment and construction management teams.
